Remix Matrix Gladys Video: A smart YouTube channel has ingeniously arranged a series of Gladys Berejiklian news conferences in order to convey a satirical warning to citizens of New South Wales that they would “never get out of lockdown,” according to the channel. According to the video, Ms. Berejiklian was “inspired” by some of history’s most notorious tyrants and wants to implement policies similar to those of the Soviet Union in the 1980s.
The video is set to foreboding music, and Ms. Berejiklian delivers a message that is evocative of George Orwell’s classic book, 1984, while the music plays.
“I’m fed up with hearing people claim that I’m incapable of doing my work properly. “I hope everyone enjoys their time at home because we are going to be on lockdown for the foreseeable future,” she adds in the highly edited video.
In order to ensure that every person is kept safe, we will station two million police officers on every street corner across the state of New South Wales.”
“I am hoping that this will be catastrophic.”
Following an edit of the Prime Minister’s previous remarks, she is heard saying that people must follow the laws of the government or else they would be punished in the same way that some of history’s most infamous dictators were punished during their reigns.
According to the deleted NSW Prime Minister, “you are obliged to follow what we say when we say it, and if you don’t, prepare to die.”
