Www.etimesheets.ihss.ca.go: IHSS beneficiaries and suppliers must use one of two ways of submitting, reviewing, approving, or rejecting timesheets, electronic or telephonic. Providers do not need to wait until the end of the pay period to apply their schedules with electronic and mobile schedules.
Electronic Services portal
The provider will send the time when the hours of service have been finalized for the pay period. The Electronic Services portal (ESP) is a platform where providers can use their tablet, smartphone, laptop, or computer to manage all their payroll requirements online. Beneficiaries can accept/reject timesheets electronically and providers are capable of completing, submitting, and viewing their electronic timesheets.
Employees have the option of approving/rejecting online timesheets, and suppliers are capable of completing and submitting their electric timesheets, seeing their payment status and history, logging in and changing Direct Deposit, and submission of sick leave claims.
The Electronic Services Portal is a website that enables providers to handle all of their payroll needs electronically using a tablet, smartphone, laptop, or computer, and is accessible via a web browser (ESP). Providers can complete and submit their electronic timesheets online, as well as view and make changes to their payment status and history, sign-up for and make revisions to Direct Deposit, and submit sick leave claims.
Those who give or receive in-home supportive services (IHSS) must enroll in one of two timekeeping systems: the Electronic Timesheet System (ETS) or the Telephonic Timesheet System (TTS) in order to complete, submit and manage their IHSS timesheet and payment accounts (TTS). These secure platforms, which may be accessed via a computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, and/or phone, allow IHSS providers to submit their IHSS timesheets, and IHSS recipients to analyze and reject or accept timesheets submitted by IHSS providers.

Timesheets Submitted
Timesheets submitted, reviewed, accepted, or rejected by IHSS receivers and providers must be submitted, reviewed, approved, or rejected using one of two methods: either electronically or over the phone, depending on the type of timesheet.
Because of the electronic and telephonic timesheet systems, providers no longer have to wait until the end of the pay period to submit their timesheets. Once the provider has completed the required number of hours of service for the pay period, he or she can submit their time to the payroll system.
The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) has arranged several live ESP webinars in which you can participate and ask questions. This webinar series covers ESP, completes and applies an electronic schedule via the ESP, and accepts electronic timesheets via the ESP.
