Credit9 Review: Credit9 and credit9.com are a part of the new wave of debt consolidation companies that are marketing to American consumers. Generally, they engage consumers through spam, cold calling, and internet ads. Generally, they market to consumers with perfect credit and offer them low-interest rates to consolidate debt. We suspect that this business is related to Americor Funding.
Is it the Credit 9 Legit or the Scam?
Crixeo.com has been awarded a 1-star rating to Credit 9 (data obtained and revised as of 18 May 2020). We hope that the information below will help you make an educated decision as to whether to try to do business with Credit 9. Credit 9 is associated with Americor Funding, a debt settlement service. It appears that Credit 9 is working a typical bait and switch scheme. They lure you in by sending you spam with a “personalized reservation code” and a coffee 4% -5% rate of interest to consolidate your high-interest MasterCard debt.
Credit 9 doesn’t tell you that you simply need excellent credit to qualify for a loan thereupon low-interest rate (which you’ve got supposedly pre-approved for).
While the Credit 9 mailer offers incredibly low rates, the licensing information on their site shows that “typical” rates for many states they include in their disclosure are 18-24% APR.
Interestingly, while having sample rates for the State of Pennsylvania, the location also stated that “These products/services aren’t offered to Pennsylvania residents.”
Credit 9 reviews and ratings
Credit 9 does have an A + rating with the BBB but something doesn’t feel right. The 12 consumer complaints, 11 of which were filed within the last eight months, are alarming and tell a special story. The complaint details aren’t available but 7 of them were associated with “Problem with a Product or Service” and 4 were associated with “Advertising / Sales”
Credit 9 also received 208 reviews on the BBB site with a mean customer rating of three .5 stars. Again, something doesn’t feel right.

Very misleading! Relieved a “pre-approval” in the mail and thought I’d pay off a few of my credit cards. They tried to off debt consolidation and said they didn’t have a loan on my behalf of me. even have perfect payment history and make six figures. Please search for a reputable company and throw away the false advertising you receive.

I am having equivalent problems as everyone else that left a nasty review. No response despite leaving voice messages and that I am definitely concerned about fraud with this company.
