To begin with, the only way to attempt editing a review is to send an email to an apparently unmanned email address and hope you receive a link to do so. Second, as previously mentioned, there is no indication that the email address is being used. Yes, it is the holiday season when this review is being written, and many businesses are closed or open for reduced hours. However, this issue predated the holiday season, and it persists even now, in the new year.
