To access your account, you will be taken to a different website. When you are finished, you will be taken back to the NSLSC homepage.

When you next access your account, please sign in with the same credentials you used before.

Use the Verified.Me option if you don’t know the answers to your security questions (which is highly likely).

There are two ways to gain access to NSLSC.

Put in the credentials you use for your online banking accounts.

The NSLSC will never have access to any of your private data. To protect your privacy, your Sign-In Partner will be unaware of the specific government service you are accessing.

Please note that using your Sign-In Partner will take you away from the NSLSC site temporarily.

If you have already registered with GCKey, you do not need to register with a Sign-In Partner (see option 2 below).

Please use your current GCKey login credentials to access your private NSLSC account.

If you do not already have a GCKey username and password, or if you have forgotten it, you can create one now.

If you have already signed up for a Sign-In Partner, you do not need to create a new GCKey username (see option 1 above).

There are four actions you must take:

First, make sure you are already a registered user of the account.

Enter your current username and password for your NSLSC online account OR enter your SIN and DOB to create a new account.

Second, have a private access code generated and sent to your registered email address.

Please note that the time limit on this code is currently set to 1 hour (if your code expires, you must generate a new one).

Change your password and make new login credentials

You can sign up for a GCKey account (which will require you to create a username and password) or use your bank details to log in through a Sign-In Partner (which will take you to another website).

After completing registration, you will receive a new login credential; remember this and use it every time you visit the site in the future.

Make sure you’re who you say you are and set up an account by following these four steps:

You will be redirected to a new website where you can enter your SIN, DOB, and temporary secure access code.
