Liveops Review: Created in 2002, Liveops is a virtual contact center company that provides a variety of services. They presently have the highest number of workers working from home in the contact center industry. Liveops employs more than 20,000 customer support representatives across the United States. According to the business, these customer care representatives are referred to as independent agents.

Agents were able to choose the 30-minute chunks they wanted from weekly schedules. There’s no other way to put it.

Customers of teleservices come in all shapes and sizes. Working for some was enjoyable, while others weren’t. As possibilities arose, agents were able to join on with various customers.

As an entry-level agent, there was a slight possibility for advancement, but I acquired valuable experience in self-employment and running a company from my own home.

As part-time employment, the position was perfect for me… I couldn’t make ends meet working full-time without some kind of side hustle to bring in some extra cash. Since the customers I worked for only paid me based on the amount of time I spent on calls, this was mostly the fault of the rings themselves. When you work with live operations, you are an independent contractor. Training sessions are usually over in about an hour. During your training, you need to keep your eyes on the prize and make sure you’re acquiring all the information you need to succeed on your upcoming contract. Hood: Outlaws & Legends and Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Grounds performed below projections, resulting in a drop in gross margin.

Gross margins improved in the first half of the year, but marketing costs increased due to additional product releases, which resulted in a lower operating income of €7.3 million.

Costs associated with the financing plan that will be in place by the end of July 2021 and a negligible effect from currency fluctuations make up the majority of the financial outcome.

Whenever you contact Liveops, each “type” of call is referred to as a “line.” A contact centre agent may choose to work on one line, several lines, or even all of them depending on their preference. They suggest that you start with a single line and then grow on it as you get more comfortable and confident in your abilities.

A six-month contract as an independent contractor is provided to you by Liveops after you are recruited by them. As a result, you are not eligible for any employer-sponsored benefits… However, it also means that you have a great deal of flexibility in terms of when and where you work. Your working hours are up to you (albeit you must be “on the clock” for a minimum of 30 minutes during each work session), and you may choose how much or how little time you want to put in.

Because you are an independent agent, you will have access to tools and training that will assist you in learning how to enhance your performance. When you join Liveops, you will find programme experts and other members of the Liveops team who are committed to assisting you, answering your questions, and providing the additional assistance you need while you learn the ropes and work through any difficulties that may arise. Through the Liveops forums, you’ll have access to all of the other Liveops agents, with whom you may exchange knowledge and tactics for all areas of your job.

Liveops has collaborated with a plethora of well-known brands and Fortune 500 businesses throughout the years. Examples include Turbotax, AAA, Square, and Uber, to name a few. New York Times, Inc., Marketwired, and MarTech Advisor have all published articles on Liveops and given it positive reviews.

So as you can see, this business has a very powerful and remarkable historical background. That is one of the primary reasons why their employment vacancies are so sought after. You’ll need a workplace that is both peaceful and free of distractions since this job will need you to communicate over the phone. Given the flexibility of working from home, it is possible to simply opt to work when it is quiet.

A completion of Liveops’ certification training is required before you can begin working with them on a project. There is no charge for the course, but you will not be paid for the time you spend participating in it. It is possible that you may be needed to take further certification courses and gain product expertise, and such courses will not be reimbursed in any way. One advantage of being certified or mastering a certain product is that it makes you more qualified for more employment, which may result in more income in the long run.

From a logistical standpoint, you’ll require a few items. A dedicated phone line, an Internet connection, and a computer are all essentials for this job. The Liveops platform is not yet compatible with Apple’s operating system, therefore a Windows-based computer will be required for this task. Obtaining a Tax Identification Number is also required, which may be either a social security number or an Employer Identification Number (EINs are available for free from the IRS and are simple to get — they are a fantastic option if you don’t want to give out your social security number).

There are many distinct branches of the customer support agent job, and they are all work-from-home possibilities. In this Liveops review, I’ll go through each and every opportunity.

Is working at Liveops worth it?

Excellent employment for a person who works from home.

Working with Liveops won’t make you wealthy, but if you’re willing to put in the effort, you can earn a modest living. Your benefits are nonexistent as an independent contractor, and you must put aside money for your taxes. If you’re willing to put in the work, you can earn a fair amount of money working with Liveops if you’re eager to put in the effort.

Choosing which customers to work with is entirely up to you, and Liveops will provide you with all of the necessary training and support. Pay is based on how much time you spend “talking” to consumers, which works out to around $18 an hour. There are no perks for independent contractors, and you must save for your taxes. I’ve referred them to a number of folks in the past. Thousands of Liveops’ Independent Agents operate remotely from the comfort of their own homes.
