We also have a modern spa and fitness center where you can take advantage of our completely equipped workout rooms, activity rooms, sports area, spinning rooms, changing rooms, and private treatment booths, and a relaxing water area. There could be as many as seven eateries offering a variety of cuisines. The best of Italian, French, Mexican, Asian, Mediterranean, Cevichera, and other international cuisines, expertly curated to showcase their traditional and innovative elements. Guests can choose from a variety of bars, including a Beach Club right on the sand, a Lounge Club, a Pool Bar, and a Sports Bar showing all the big games.
If you’re looking forward to a tranquil Monday evening supper at the resort, you may want to consider making other plans (outdoor seating). All the restaurants are too close to the karaoke bar, so you’ll have to listen to the incredibly loud singing and yelling of the patrons all night long. Unfortunately, our idea of what a five-star resort should be was not realized, therefore we did not have the best time there.

This will be a lengthy analysis, and I intend to cover as much ground as possible.
From November 6th to November 21st, we stayed here for two weeks.
Firstly, the resort.
As a first point of reference, this is a Latin-themed resort in a Spanish-speaking country that caters to a diverse international customer. And (this is not Live Aqua Cancun!!!) There were a lot of people from many nations, including the United States, Russia, Germany, Italy, Canada, France, and others. Therefore, I would not count on everyone working there to speak your preferred language fluently.
There are some staff members whose English is less than perfect but who are also actively working to improve. If you need to make sure that something crucial doesn’t get lost in translation, I suggest using a translation program. You can preload those explanations (alcohol-free drinks, allergies, etc.) so that there is no misunderstanding. The resort’s staff is second to none; they will go out of their way to accommodate your every whim and ensure that your stay is one you will never forget.
