Fiction tells the storey of many people. First of all there’s Hubert Jacquin, a sixties-year-old, who has just lost his wife. He lives in the same flat as a young, trendy student named Manuela Baudry, played by Bérengère Krief.
Both are placed in charge of a woman who had just begun her career as a nurse, Marion Legloux, and Paul-Gérard Langlois, a lawyer who was also a father of a family. In the script, he had just been dropped by the mother of his children.
