If you are unclear of your registration number, you may look it up here: https://glastonbury.seetickets.com/registration/lookup using the email address used to register. If you have a valid registration number this will provide you a link to examine some of the registered details, including the registration number. Your registration number will also be printed on a previous Festival ticket.

We would encourage everyone looks up their registration to confirm that their photo is still of a good likeness, and update this if you do not feel it does.

STEP 1 REGISTER

You will be needed to create a new household account for the 2023 Village Ticketing procedure, this includes if you have one for the 2019 or 2022 Festival!

First, enter the Unique Household Access Code, which may be found on your Village ticketing letter. Followed by your email address, this might be the same one used in a prior year.

The password you pick must be at least 8 characters long, with at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter and 1 number.

Please read the Data Handling Details, as well as the Festivals Privacy Policy, and then click the tick box under these.

To complete the registration process, please click the Register button once all mandatory fields have been completed.

To go to Step 2, Activate Your Account

When you click the “Register” button, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to complete the registration process. To ensure you don’t miss this email, check your spam or garbage folders just in case. Please contact [email protected] if you have not received the email within 24 hours.

Click the “Activate your Account” link in the confirmation email to begin using your new account.

Once activated, to proceed to the procedure you will need to log into the Village ticketing website.
