The seconds will start flashing if you press the button in the upper left corner of the watch.
To adjust the minutes, use the button on the top right.
To change to the time in hours, press the button in the leftmost corner. To set the new time, click the button in the upper right corner.
To view minutes, select this option by pressing the button in the lower left corner. To go forward a minute, hit the button in the top right corner.
To toggle between the week and month views, use the button in the lower left corner. If you click the month selector in the top right, you can switch months.
To change the date, click the corresponding button (lower left). Change the date by clicking the button in the top right corner.
A daytime mode can be activated by pressing the button in the lower left corner. To quickly jump between days of the week, press the button in the top right corner.
To exit the date and time configurations, press the button in the top left.
Tips
Rather than repeatedly pressing the button, you can speed up the process by holding down the button in the top right.
Warnings
When changing the hours on a watch that displays them in 12 hour format, keep an eye out for a “p.m.” indicator. If that’s not possible, try switching it to the morning.
