What sets High Tea apart from the more common Afternoon Tea?
In addition to the usual sandwiches and sweets, High Tea also typically includes a hot savory course. The cost is $85.00 per head.
Does it come with champagne?
Champagne is not included in our traditional Afternoon Tea or High Tea, but you can upgrade to a glass of our house Champagne, Laurent-Perrier La Cuve, or Laurent-Perrier Cuve Rose for an additional charge. Costs can be seen on the menu.
When making a reservation, is it necessary to select a meal?
No need to decide in advance between the more common High Tea and the more extravagant Traditional Afternoon Tea. Since there is some wiggle room between when you book and when your experience actually takes place, we’re fine with if you decide to cancel.
May I substitute coffee for the tea?
We have a wide selection of premium teas and herbal infusions, and coffee is always welcome.
Do you have gluten-free options for Afternoon Tea?
There is a gluten-free option on our menu. Please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you have any dietary restrictions, so that we can inform our chefs.
Do you serve Halal food?
The restaurant serves both Halal and non-Halal options, and we can accommodate your religious needs by preparing the food in accordance with your specific requirements. We’d need at least three days’ notice for that, though.
I was wondering if you had an afternoon tea for kids.
For children under 12 years old, we offer a special Children’s Afternoon Tea menu for the low, low price of $37.50.
How many people does a standard dining room table seat?
Every table has space for up to six of your friends and family. Please let us know if you expect a larger group, and we will do our best to accommodate you by setting up multiple, adjacent tables. However, until you have tried it for yourself, we cannot make any promises in this regard.
