And reduced in size On Thursday, Chris Moyles attended the Royal Albert Hall premiere of Luzia by Cirque du Soleil looking as good as ever.

Chris posed for photos on the red carpet while dressed casually in a khaki jacket, white T-shirt, and black jeans.

After losing an incredible six stones, the media personality recently admitted he is having trouble maintaining his new slimmer physique.

Chris has lost a total of 12 pounds since he first discussed his body dysmorphia with Ross Kemp on his podcast, The Kempcast.

On his show, the comedian talked about his regimen of weighing himself every day and eating very little during the week so that he could let loose on the weekends.

He explained, “Before lockdown, I would do the show we would have a quick meeting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and then I would get to the gym and train from 11 am to 12 pm, or from 11 am to 1 pm, depending on how fat I was feeling at the time. Today, I feel like a fat pig. Since I, like a lot of other people, struggle with body image, the study of body dysmorphia has always fascinated me. I used to weigh 18 stone and I’ve lost 6 stone! This body is teaching me new things all the time. I simply do not possess the metabolic rate of a typical 18-year-old male or female.

The man continued, “I will, and people don’t believe me, but I weigh myself six days a week, and I know you shouldn’t and I know it’s not for everyone, but I do that so I can learn about how my body works.
